What We Do...
We focus on profitable, cash flow positive business services and light manufacturing companies that offer significant growth opportunities. Unlike many private equity investors, we provide access to capital as well as a dedicated management team focused on building long-term value. In doing so, we provide companies an attractive liquidity option - one that is particularly well-suited to situations where the current owner-manager seek flexibility in their day to day activities.
